This small, mid 18th century cottage, presented with period furnishings, is the boyhood home of Francis Asbury.
Asbury became the founding father of Methodism in America and was ordained as its first bishop (joint superintendent with Thomas Coke, see Coke Memorial Methodist Church, Aberhonddu/Brecon, Brecknock Museum and Art Gallery and Brecon Cathedral.)
